Job summary

Nordex SE is seeking a Material Handling Team Leader for the 2nd shift in West Branch, IA, to supervise a warehouse team and drive efficient material flow. You will coordinate daily tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure safety and quality standards are met in a dynamic plant environment.

The role requires leadership experience, forklift and overhead crane skills, and familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office. A strong safety mindset and teamwork are essential for success on this shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of warehouse experience required.
• 2 years of Forklift experience required.
• 3 years of overhead crane experience required.
• 1 year of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a team of Material Handling Operators, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and support training and onboarding to build team capability.
• Promote a positive, safe work environment with clear communication.
