Job summary

DSV is seeking a Warehouse Operator Specialist-Team Lead for the night shift in West Branch, IA. The role includes mentoring staff, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, and maintaining high productivity under a 12-hour schedule (6pm–6am) with a 2-on/2-off/3-on cycle.

Responsibilities include training, ensuring SOP compliance, and upholding safety standards while managing quality control and daily reports for site management.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• Able to operate MHE and maintain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates on distribution activities and SOPs.
• Oversee unloading, loading, picking and staging of outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with drivers on inbound/outbound paperwork and accuracy of counts.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with ISO standards and OSHA/MSDS rules.
• Direct warehouse team to meet productivity and payroll hour targets.
• Participate in safety meetings and maintain a clean, organized work area.
