Nordex SE is seeking a Material Handling General Assistant for the 2nd shift in West Branch, IA. You will support warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and assist with administrative duties to keep the warehouse running smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of warehouse experience, proficiency in MS Word/Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems. Strong English communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of warehouse management/administration experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Word/Excel for data entry and reports.
• Familiarity with ERP systems to update inventory and track movements.
• Strong English communication for team and supplier coordination.
• Ability to read and understand delivery notes and inventory reports in English.
• Excellent organizational skills for accurate inventory records and transfers.
• Ability to plan, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with teammates.
• Driver's license and insurability are required.

Responsibilities

• Receive delivery notes and verify against purchase orders.
• Update warehouse system with quantities, part numbers, and movements.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular counts.
• Reconcile discrepancies in inventory records.
• Transfer materials from warehouse to production line per schedule.
• Record material transfers and consumption in the system.
• Ensure materials are available for production throughput.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
