Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment and perform material handling (unload, sort, put away, pick, pack, ship).
• Lead multifunctional team meetings to track performance and priorities.
• Interface with customers and logistics to voice of customer and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate with carriers to set up expedited shipments and manage aged inventory.
• Lead problem-solving events and manage training matrix for team flexibility.
• Track quality metrics and uphold safety, quality, velocity and cost goals.
