Job summary

You will promote cooperative team relationships, set priorities, collect metrics, and generate reports to track performance. The role includes leading meetings with multifunctional teams, coordinating with logistics and carriers, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring safety, quality, velocity and cost goals

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment (sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, hoists).
• Lead meetings with multifunctional team to track performance and priorities.
• Coordinate with logistics to improve processes and investigate defects.
• Work with carriers to set up expedited shipments and manage aged inventory.
• Lead continuous improvement events and manage training matrices.
• Track quality metrics and uphold safety, quality, velocity and cost goals.
