The role includes leading meetings, interfacing with customers, and guiding continuous improvement initiatives. Starting wage is $23.80/hour with overtime opportunities and comprehensive benefits; relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and conduct business in English.
• Overtime may be required.
• Experience leading warehouse teams and coordinating workflow.

Responsabilités

• Operate heavy equipment and perform material handling tasks.
• Lead meetings with multifunctional teams to track performance and drive results.
• Interface with customers and coordinate with logistics to improve processes.
• Coordinate with carriers to set up expedited shipments and manage aged inventory.
• Lead problem-solving events to drive continuous improvement and manage training matrices.
• Track quality metrics and meet safety, quality, velocity and cost goals.
