The pay for this position is $20.75/hr + $2.75/hr SEO Premium when applicable.

• Sun - Wed 5 PM - 3:30 AM

What You'll Do

• Assist your supervisor with managing all warehouse functions and ensure smooth operations.
• Lead the receiving department and ensure proper function use.
• Delegate work to maintain a 100% fill rate.
• Manage inventory and conduct training within the department.
• Ensure proper use and accountability of tools.
• Record hours and functions accurately.
• Respond to email and verbal questions promptly.
• Keep products moving and oversee department cleanliness.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

What You’ll Need

• Understanding of WMS system.
• Leadership and motivational skills, decision-making ability.
• Physical ability to move/process products and lead a team.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly; maneuver products over 150 pounds.
• Experience in multiple departments (receiving, inventory, pick, pack, ship, return).
• Experience with email communication.
• Power Equipment operation or willingness to train.
• Experience with trouble ticket systems.
• 2+ years of work experience with excellent attendance.
• Understanding of High Jump is a plus.
• Proficiency in English reading and comprehension.
