• Schedule: First Shift Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One or more years of powered industrial truck experience preferred
• One or more years of previous team lead experience preferred
• One or more years of Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) preferred
• One or more years of warehouse experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge and experience with RF scanners required
• Valid forklift operator's license required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective leadership skills
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proactive approach to responsibilities
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Commitment to health and safety methods
• Bilingual skills (for Québec locations only)

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive continuous improvement efforts for operational efficiency.
• Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Allocate resources and organize daily work duties for team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Inspire and guide team members to improve KPIs using appropriate leadership styles.
• Provide orientation and necessary tools and information for employees to perform their roles.
• Promote health and safety practices within the warehouse.
• Manage warehouse paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.
• Complete and submit daily reports and recommend actions to enhance operations and service levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
