Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ year powered industrial truck experience preferred
• 1+ year previous team lead experience preferred
• 1+ year Microsoft Office experience preferred
• Warehouse experience preferred
• RF scanner experience required
• Valid forklift license required
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently
• Organizational skills and ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Bilingual skills (for Québec locations) preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve operational efficiency
• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
• Organize and allocate resources and daily work duties
• Guide team members towards KPI improvements
• Provide employee orientation and necessary tools
• Promote health and safety practices
• Handle paperwork such as picking sheets and bills of lading
• Complete daily reports and propose operational improvements
• Perform other duties as assigned
