Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 1+ year powered industrial truck experience (preferred)
• 1+ year team lead experience (preferred)
• 1+ year Microsoft Office experience (preferred)
• Warehouse experience (preferred)
• RF scanner experience (required)
• Forklift certification
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Organizational skills and ability to handle pressure
• Bilingual skills (for Québec locations)

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve operational efficiency
• Perform warehouse tasks: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
• Organize daily work and allocate resources
• Guide team to meet KPIs
• Provide orientation and tools to new employees
• Promote health and safety practices
• Handle warehouse paperwork
• Complete reports and propose improvements
• Perform additional duties as assigned
