Now hiring for a Warehouse Team Lead

Location: Hebron, KY

Pay Rate: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour

Schedule: We have a number of positions and shifts vary

Job Duties

• Serve as the primary connection between Staffmark associates, onsite leadership, and the customer.
• Conduct new hire check-ins, facility tours, and onboarding support.
• Introduce new associates to supervisors, trainers, and team leads.
• Assist with employee training, development, and engagement initiatives.
• Monitor associate attendance, participation, and overall workforce engagement.
• Support employee recognition programs, milestone celebrations, and retention efforts.
• Ensure compliance with PPE requirements, workplace safety standards, and site policies.
• Participate in safety meetings, walkthroughs, and associate coaching activities.
• Attend shift-start meetings and communicate operational updates.
• Escalate employee concerns and operational challenges to leadership as needed.
• Build positive relationships with associates while promoting a productive and supportive work environment.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Additional training in leadership, human resources, customer service, or workforce development is a plus.

Experience Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, production, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Prior leadership, team lead, training, coaching, or mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple associates and operational priorities.
• Customer-service mindset with the ability to professionally resolve concerns and provide support.
• Friendly, organized, outgoing, and highly dependable.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and time management skills.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the facility for extended periods.
• Ability to move throughout warehouse and production areas while supporting associates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, and management teams.
• Ability to support varying schedules and shifts based on business needs.
