Location: Hebron, KY
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Looking for Warehouse Receiving Clerk jobs in Hebron where accuracy and teamwork keep products moving? This opportunity lets you play a key role in receiving incoming shipments, preparing outbound orders, and helping maintain an organized, efficient warehouse operation.

Job Duties

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Compare packing slips and shipping documents to purchase orders
• Accurately enter inventory and receiving information into company systems
• Organize and store incoming materials in designated locations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely material flow
• Keep receiving areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Experience receiving, storing, picking, packing, or shipping products in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to accurately complete shipping and receiving documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment following company procedures.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and inventory accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanners, or inventory software is preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment is beneficial.
• Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or order fulfillment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate dependability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Receiving Clerk.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and production conditions as required.
