Job summary

Staffmark, in partnership with Stord, is hiring a Warehouse Associate for Hebron, KY. You will support warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling, ensuring orders are processed safely and accurately.

This role offers two shift options and benefits including weekly pay, bonuses, and a potential 401(k). The position is a core part of warehouse operations with opportunities for advancement and long-term hire-on with our client.

Qualifications

• Entry level position with basic reading and comprehension.
• Prefer experience in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs warehouse functions including order picking, packing, and assembly of products
• Uses handheld scanners/equipment for warehouse management system compliance
• Assists in cycle counts, auditing, and physical inventories
• Follows company procedures and policies to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Adheres to company safety policy and guidelines to ensure safe working conditions for self and others
• Works cooperatively with other warehouse associates
• Participates in keeping the facility maintained in a clean, neat, and orderly fashion

Location: Hebron, KY

Pay Rate: $15.50/hour + $2.50 Hourly Staffmark Pay Incentive + Bonuses!
*Note-the hourly pay incentive is being offered throughout PEAK season. It will be discontinued after December 15th, 2026

• One-Time Gift Card: $50 after successful completion of the third day
• One-Time New Hire Bonus: $100 (offered after 80 hours worked)
• Weekly Bonus Eligibility: $50 “Perfect Attendance” incentive
• Referral Bonus: $100 (offered after the referral works 80 hours)

Schedules:

• 2nd Shift Options | Sunday-Thursday OR Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
• Sunday-Tuesday + Thursday-Friday | 6:30 PM-3:00 PM (off Wednesday and Saturday)

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
