Staffmark Group is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Shepherdsville, KY. You will support picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory processes to keep orders moving safely and accurately.

This role combines the general warehouse picker/packer duties with the company's specific product and operational needs.

Job Duties

• Pick, pack, and prepare backflow prevention parts, assemblies, kits, and related products for customer orders.
• Verify order accuracy before shipment.
• Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations as needed.
• Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies.
• Follow company procedures for packaging and order fulfillment.
• Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining accuracy.
• Support team operations to ensure orders are completed and shipped on time.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Experience Requirements

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required.
• Ability to successfully complete a drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to interview in person prior to starting employment.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and handling of products and materials.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment while meeting daily productivity goals.
