Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team in one of our distribution centers. The role focuses on motivating, mentoring, and managing a team to meet safety, quality, attendance, and performance goals.

You will oversee order selection, replenishment, payroll, and administrative tasks, with emphasis on developing your staff and maintaining a positive, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with all requirements completed between May 2025 and December 2026.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Currently enrolled in or graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or another related field.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate order selection and replenishment activities according to production and delivery requirements.
• Hire, train, and develop selection and replenishment personnel.
• Manage, coach, and evaluate employees to ensure performance and compliance with company standards.
• Foster a positive and safe work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability.
• Maintain established quality standards for order selection and warehouse operations.
• Oversee loading and unloading of products to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues.
• Enforce and maintain all safety policies and procedures for the shift.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all incidents are properly reported and addressed.
• Manage timekeeping and payroll for shift personnel, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Complete required reports and documentation in a timely manner.
• Perform other warehouse duties and projects as assigned by management.

This is not a corporate, remote, or office-based position. This is a full-time, entry level position located within one of Johnson Brothers distribution centers. Johnson Brothers is seeking customer focused individuals to lead a team of hourly employees in our operations network! As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for engaging, leading, and developing your team in a warehouse environment. As a people manager, you will ensure that your team has all the tools needed to succeed and maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance at work.

Key job responsibilities

Order Selection & Replenishment

The expected pay range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000. It isnottypical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
