Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company is seeking Merchandisers to stock shelves and build displays in Total Wine and More stores in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. Shifts start at 6 AM with a 40-hour week on a rotating schedule Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday.

You will assist deliveries, stock coolers, unload cases, and maintain store displays. Competitive pay starts at $20.00 per hour, with mileage reimbursement and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, PTO and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Work experience in the beverage alcohol industry is a plus but not necessary.
• Goal and results oriented in a competitive environment.
• Ability to work independently in a physically demanding position.
• Have reliable transportation with valid insurance.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50-pound cases, repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and coolers, put away cases of wine and spirits, and build displays.
• Follow up after deliveries and service shelves from liquor department storage areas.
• Daily duties include putting away deliveries, building displays, stocking shelves and coolers, and other duties as assigned.

We are currently interviewing for Merchandiser positions to work in Total Wine and More stores in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. Merchandisers have a rotating schedule Monday through Friday and Tuesday through Saturday. Start time is 6 AM; work week is 40 hours on average.

This position is responsible for stocking shelves, coolers, putting away cases of wine and spirits, and building displays. In addition, this position will follow up after the deliveries are made by our drivers and service shelves from the liquor department storage areas.

The expected pay for this role is $20.00/hr. Pay is based on several factorsincluding but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
