Job summary

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy in Collierville, TN is seeking a dedicated Supervisor, Warehouse to coordinate and manage all direct courier and warehouse activities. You will oversee receiving, warehousing, shipping, and delivery of products across multiple locations while ensuring efficiency and cost effectiveness.

The role requires leadership, attention to inventory accuracy, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Registration as a pharmacy technician with the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy (or current TN pharmacist license) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse activities at Collierville, TN.
• Establish systems for non-pharmacy supplies and monitor inventory costs.
• Oversee personnel responsible for warehouse functions.
• Coordinate inbound receiving, staging of outbound shipments, and transport between locations.
• Manage movement of products with proper equipment and safe storage practices.
• Train new courier/warehouse teammates and drive process improvements.
