Job summary

The position handles cycle counts, reporting, and collaboration with finance to optimize stock and costs. A strong background in pharmacy operations and attention to detail is required for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of pharmacy operations experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and pharmacy software.
• Must be registered with the state Board of Pharmacy or eligible within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving of all purchases related to medications and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory data in the pharmacy system.
• Participate in cycle counts and improve inventory workflow.
• Collaborate with Finance for accruals and monthly performance reports.
• Optimize PAR levels, reorder points, and manage backorders/returns.
• Ensure DSCSA requirements are maintained and safety standards followed.
