Job summary

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy in Collierville, TN is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist, Fulfillment to manage drug distribution, ship medications, and oversee cold chain shipments. You will mentor staff, train teams, and address escalated concerns under the Pharmacy Supervisor of Fulfillment Operations.

The role requires strong pharmacy operations skills, supervisory experience, and a Tennessee license. This is a full-time, onsite position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree or Pharmacist license from ACPE-accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted Tennessee Pharmacist Licensure.
• Active and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Completes verification of prescription orders during prescription fulfillment process.
• Supervises pharmacy technicians and other support staff during daily activities.
• Assists in development and execution of quality and production standards in the fulfillment area.
• Creates and conducts staff training for new processes/process changes.
• Participates in regular meetings with leadership to discuss staff needs and accomplishments.
• Performs fulfillment pharmacist duties during on-call hours on a rotating basis; on-call duties may involve transporting products to and from Panther facility.
• Handles additional projects and activities as assigned.
