Job summary

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy in Collierville, TN, seeks a Manager, Inventory Management to oversee wholesale and direct procurement, optimize inventory, and ensure accuracy across the system. This role manages the purchasing process, coordinates with finance, and drives efficiency in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

The position requires a PharmD or equivalent, active Tennessee license (with PA license preferred or obtainable within 60 days), and 2–5 years in inventory management or supply chain

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or registered pharmacist degree from ACPE-accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in Tennessee.
• Active Pharmacist license in Pennsylvania or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• High level of attention to detail.
• 2-5 years of pharmacy purchasing/inventory management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all drugs and supplies are ordered, received, stored, secured, and maintained per standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Work with finance to provide accruals, counts, and financial performance reports.
• Utilize pharmacy software to optimize PAR levels, reorder points, and stock management.
• Develop and analyze reports to manage inventory and optimize workflow.
• Identify drug cost opportunities and maintain items per contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors to submit orders through appropriate channels.
• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Oversee inventory coordinator team and quarterly inventory activities.
• Ensure DSCSA compliance.
