Job Details

• Sign On Bonus: $5,000
• Shift Hours: Wednesday-Saturday 9:30am until completion (flexibility required)
• Location: Onsite at Brooks, KY (no remote/hybrid options)

The primary role involves supervising warehouse associates, overseeing operations such as receiving, shipping, returns, picking, packing, and management of controlled substances, ensuring safety guidelines are followed.

Responsibilities

• Direct workflow, motivate, train, and monitor warehouse staff.
• Improve productivity, efficiency, and accuracy; support policy and safety compliance.
• Support employee development through coaching.
• Oversee receipt, order fulfillment, shipping, and record-keeping processes.
• Manage inventory, ensure timely delivery, and resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain detailed records of controlled substances and shipments.
• Manage team attendance, performance, and overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum of two years of related, progressively responsible experience.
• Effective communication, decision-making, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and computer skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Physical ability to participate in inventory and operate equipment like reach trucks.
