Job Description: Integrated Program Planning

Lockheed Martin MFC is seeking bright minds to join their Integrated Program Planning team. As a Program Planner, you will play a vital role in supporting the preparation and maintenance of program schedules and plans. You will be responsible for:

  1. Supporting Integrated Program Planners: Assisting in the preparation, execution, and maintenance of planning products.
  2. Developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS): Creating and maintaining IMS for development, production, and sustainment programs, leveraging the Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS).
  3. Maintaining Schedules: Ensuring schedule accuracy, supporting risk analysis, identifying critical/driving paths, developing solutions for schedule issues, and validating/deconflicting network logic.
  4. Supporting Proposal Submittal and Execution Schedule Development: Preparing and assessing progress against plans during proposal and execution phases.
  5. Formulating Corrective Action Measures: Recommending schedule revisions, fund allocations, and work requirement adjustments.
  6. Maintaining Cost and Schedule Integration: Ensuring alignment between cost and schedule throughout the program lifecycle.
  7. Supporting Implementation and Monitoring of Earned Value Management System: Contributing to the implementation and monitoring of the system.
