Onsite Supervisor

Description
As an Onsite Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in executing the company’s mission and vision while ensuring client satisfaction at every stage. Your responsibilities will span the coordination and oversight of projects, ensuring successful exhibit execution, and representing IGE’s high standards. You’ll work closely with leadership and operational teams to oversee the details that bring each exhibit to life, ensuring all aspects of the project meet the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact between sales and operations teams
- Collaborate regularly with the IGE warehouse and fabrication studio teams to ensure smooth execution
- Assemble and pack trade show exhibits
- Oversee outbound shipments of exhibits
- Act as the project coordinator, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Lead production meetings, providing updates and addressing concerns
- Supervise the onsite installation and dismantling of exhibits
- Ensure all projects align with IGE's mission and client expectations
- Travel 50% of the time, with 80% domestic and 20% international travel
- Other project-related tasks as required
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience in the expositions, events, or trade show industry
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management capabilities to meet deadlines consistently
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with a high level of professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong grammar and document preparation skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
