SALARY: $25.00/hour to start, with scheduled increases throughout the year based on performance and company growth

SCHEDULE: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed)

THE ROLE:

This position is ideal for a hands-on, customer-focused Warehouse Manager. You’ll oversee all aspects of custom crating, packaging, and shipping operations while ensuring efficiency, safety, and top-tier service. This role is perfect for someone who takes ownership of their work, leads by example, and is committed to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage daily operations, including local item pickups, crate production, packaging, and on-time delivery to customers.
• Drive a Class C commercial vehicle for safe and efficient pickups and deliveries within the area.
• Operate a forklift safely in a warehouse environment to support loading, unloading, and inventory movement.
• Ensure all projects are completed accurately, on schedule, and meet high-quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace.
• Build strong customer relationships through clear, professional communication and prompt issue resolution.
• Support future growth by assisting with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
• Use Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word) to manage schedules, track progress, and maintain documentation.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Valid Class C Commercial Driver’s License – Required for local pickups and deliveries.
• Forklift Operation Experience – Required; must be comfortable operating in a warehouse setting.
• Woodworking or Carpentry Background – Preferred, especially for crate assembly and custom packaging.
• Proven Leadership & Organizational Skills – Able to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and support team productivity.
• Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills – Professional, clear, and solution-oriented in all interactions.
• Computer Proficiency – Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word) for scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
• Physically Capable – Comfortable lifting heavy items and standing or moving throughout the day.
