Now hiring a Supervisor-Quality Performance Improvement!

Presbyterian Healthcare is hiring a Supervisor-Quality Performance Improvement. This position is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Population Health and Quality Performance Improvement staff, including interventionists, program manager associates, and program managers. It provides leadership for complex multi-departmental clinical and business programs supporting Performance Improvement initiatives, programs, and regulatory compliance. The role involves coaching, mentoring, and leading the team to ensure accreditation and regulatory requirements are met, and clinical and fiscal targets are achieved.

Preferred Qualifications

This position is primarily remote, but there will be times it will require onsite working sessions.

  • Call Center experience preferred
  • Remote work experience preferred

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field. Six years of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of a degree.
  • Four years of healthcare or managed care industry experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the overall direction, coordination, implementation, and completion of clinical and quality programs aligned with the PHS Scorecard and organizational strategy.
  • Direct and delegate daily operations for staff, including assigning caseloads and supporting program planning.
  • Lead staffing activities, including interviewing, hiring, coaching, providing performance feedback, and mentoring.
  • Develop and implement Benefit, Pharmacy, and Provider Quality solutions to issues identified during member-facing activities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish Quality and Population Health program expectations.
