Presbyterian Healthcare is hiring a Supervisor-Quality Performance Improvement. This position is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Population Health and Quality Performance Improvement staff, including interventionists, program manager associates, and program managers. It provides leadership for complex multi-departmental clinical and business programs supporting Performance Improvement initiatives, programs, and regulatory compliance. The role involves coaching, mentoring, and leading the team to ensure accreditation and regulatory requirements are met, and clinical and fiscal targets are achieved.
