Job summary

Recom is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager for our Buford, Georgia fulfillment center to drive excellence in safety, quality, productivity, inventory accuracy, and staff development.

You will oversee inbound receiving, FBA prep, inventory control, outbound shipping, returns processing, and safety, building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience.
• 3+ years managing supervisors and large warehouse teams.
• Proven knowledge of inventory control and WMS.
• Experience with KPIs and data-driven improvements.
• Experience in Amazon FBA or e-commerce fulfillment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations to meet productivity, quality, safety, and service goals.
• Manage supervisors and hourly staff, fostering accountability and engagement.
• Drive improvements through standardized processes and continuous improvement.
• Plan labor and control operating expenses to meet budgeted objectives.
• Ensure accurate receiving, inventory, picking/packing, shipping, and returns.
• Maintain cycle counts and physical inventories; resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor KPIs: productivity, inventory accuracy, order accuracy, on-time shipments, lead time, safety.
• Develop staffing plans to meet demand and ensure compliance with FBA requirements.
• Lead investigations into discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
