Job summary

Stevens Equipment Supply, a Daikin Industries member, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor for our Eagan, MN branch. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage staffing, and ensure accurate inventory with safe, efficient handling of products for multiple sectors.

Qualifications

• 5 years in a warehouse or shipping environment
• 5+ years in a leadership role
• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and staffing
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cycle counts
• Ensure safety and equipment inspections are conducted
• Coordinate with other departments for timely shipments
• Develop staff through training and mentorship
