Qualifications

• 5 years in a warehouse or shipping environment.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience supervising warehouse staff and drivers.
• Strong inventory management and cycle counting skills.
• Ability to implement safety, training, and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and staffing; approve hours and PTO in Kronos.
• Maintain morale, provide leadership, and coach staff to reach potential.
• Stay current with part numbers; conduct cycle counts; minimize dead stock.
• Audit and report inventory; manage ordering and restocking decisions.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment; supervise forklift inspections and maintenance.
• Establish efficient warehouse practices and cross‑department communication.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and enforce safety regulations.
