Responsibilities

• Ensure good customer service while dealing with customers’ phone calls, follow-ups, and relationship management.

Stevens Equipment Supply, a member of Daikin Industries, is a wholesale distributor of equipment, parts, and supplies to industries including Residential and Light Commercial Heating & Air Conditioning, Hospitality and Refrigeration is seeking a skilled individual for our Inventory Planner position for our branch operations group, located in Eagan, MN. The Inventory Planner manages the daily activity of inventory planning for all branch locations. This includes ensuring accurate allocations of products, forecasting for product needed, reconciling daily production orders, contacting customers, reporting, routing of truck services and active communications.
