Job summary

Gerber Plumbing Fixtures is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound shipments, inventory accuracy, and staff development. You will lead onboarding, training, and cross-training while ensuring OSHA safety and SOP adherence.

The role requires 3+ years of supervision and 5+ years in warehousing, with Lean/5S knowledge and strong leadership. English/Spanish is a plus; Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisor experience in warehousing.
• Minimum 5 years of warehousing experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Understanding of Lean and 5S methodologies.
• OSHA knowledge or willingness to become certified.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong supervisory and coaching abilities.
• Ability to work on the floor with staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments and inventory accuracy.
• Lead staff onboarding, training, and cross-training.
• Monitor KPIs to improve safety and efficiency.
• Ensure OSHA safety policy compliance.
• Coordinate with IT for Oracle/Numina systems.
• Schedule and prioritize inbound containers.
• Manage order picking and shipping duties.
