Job summary

OBE is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in the United States to oversee warehouse operations, lead a team, and drive safety and performance to deliver excellent customer experience. This role reports to the Branch Operations Manager.

Ideal candidate has at least 2 years of leadership in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, experience with SAP/ERP, and strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP / ERP systems and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with math, computer use, and accurate typing.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and accurately reading and writing measurements.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, processing, and distribution operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.
• Oversee safety, quality, performance, and customer experience, maintaining accurate operational records.
• Ensure proper use of warehouse equipment and PPE, upholding health and safety requirements.
• Train, coach, and motivate warehouse employees; manage performance through feedback and development.
• Achieve performance goals through space utilization, inventory accuracy, and workflow optimization.
