Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY seeks a Lead Warehouse Operator 2 to supervise production support, transfer parts, and coordinate internal movements and shipping/receiving. This role requires strong teamwork, organization, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions.

The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Warehouse and Materials, ensuring parts are prepared to meet deadlines, while upholding safety and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a warehouse or shipping environment.
• Reach Truck/Forklift driver is preferred.
• Good email communication skills.
• Some SAP knowledge.
• MS Excel experience, good to moderate user

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing other team members.
• Understanding and following work instructions.
• Perform in a cross-functional environment, coordinating with other departments such as Quality, Warehouse, and Materials.
• Audit and prepare parts in an efficient manner, meeting internal deadlines.
• Communicate professionally via email with Program Manager, Department Manager, Supervisor and customer contacts regarding the status of parts and shipments.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
