Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee receiving, inventory control, and order preparation. You will direct warehouse staff, ensure accurate SAP transactions, and coordinate material flow for timely shipments.

Qualified candidates have 3–5 years of lead experience and 1–2 years in supervision in a warehouse setting, with a 2 year degree preferred, and a strong focus on accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of lead experience in a warehouse setting supporting JIT manufacturing.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Control of physical inventory and accuracy of counts.
• Execute inventory transactions in SAP and document goods received.
• Coordinate receiving and delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
• Train and motivate frontline staff and ensure safety standards.
• Prepare orders for shipment and verify packing and routing instructions.
