Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to apply concepts and carry out instructions.
• Must obtain Food Handlers Permit and forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs personnel in warehouse operations and policy adherence.
• Plans receiving schedules and estimates worker hours for assignments.
• Interprets specifications and job orders for workers.
• Maintains comprehensive knowledge of inventory processes.
• Organizes work for smooth operations and ensures safety and quality standards.
• Verifies product identification, weights, and warehousing procedures.
• Oversees raw material inventory and signed paperwork.
• Monitors time and production records and suggests efficiency improvements.
• Trains new workers and communicates with other supervisors to resolve issues.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area and supports department goals.
