RJW Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Romeoville, IL to lead a team on the 3:30 PM - 2:30 AM shift (Tue–Fri). The role emphasizes safety, quality and productivity while developing associates to meet customer commitments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse supervisory/managerial experience.
• Ability to lead a diverse team with a focus on safety, accuracy, productivity, and attendance.
• Experience planning labor and assignments in high-volume operations.
• Familiar with WMS; strong computer and data entry skills.
• Clear, confident communication; able to set expectations and partner with teams.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and hands-on problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse associates to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Plan, prioritize and assign daily work to align labor and equipment with volume, service commitments and customer requirements.
• Ensure all orders are picked, staged, loaded and shipped accurately, on time and in compliance with customer specifications and RJW standards.
• Oversee accurate, timely documentation and system transactions (BOLs, manifests, receipts, adjustments and other required paperwork).
• Champion a strong safety and quality culture on the dock and in the warehouse, driving continuous improvement.
• Partner with Customer Solutions/Customer Service and other supervisors to resolve issues, ensure smooth shift handoffs and deliver a consistent experience for associates and customers.
