Dart Entities seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead outbound/inbound operations, manage labor, and drive productivity, quality, and safety across the warehouse. The role requires developing scorecards, coaching a 20–30 person team, and enforcing high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of management or warehouse operations experience.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train and motivate a 20–30 person team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound/inbound teams and daily warehouse operations.
• Develop and implement a daily scorecard for Key Business initiatives.
• Train, coach, and supervise 20-30 warehouse staff to meet targets.
• Maintain safety, quality, and OSHA compliance; address complaints.
• Schedule: Tue–Fri 5:00 AM–4:00 PM; weekend shift Fri–Mon 4/10 5:30 AM–4:00 PM.
