Job summary

Dart Entities is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the outbound and inbound teams, driving productivity, quality, and safety across warehouse operations. The role entails coaching 20–30 operators, developing scorecards, and ensuring adherence to policies and best practices.

You will establish clear roles, resolve issues, and maintain a safe working environment while coordinating labor management, shipping/receiving, and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of management/warehouse operations experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, coaching and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to train, supervise and motivate team members.
• Able to set high expectations and hold others accountable for results.
• PC literate and proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound/inbound teams and ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Drive productivity, quality and safety initiatives.
• Develop and implement daily scorecards tracking key metrics.
• Coach and supervise 20–30 warehouse operators to meet targets.
• Establish roles and responsibilities to maintain high-quality execution.
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free warehouse per written policies and procedures.
• Address complaints and resolve problems; perform other duties as required.
