Job summary

Dart Container is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a large warehouse operation focused on Safety, Quality, and Service. You will drive efficiency, manage budgets, and guide a team of supervisors to meet KPI targets in a fast-paced environment.

You will promote GMP compliance, train staff on SAP/WMS, and collaborate across manufacturing and supply chain to optimize performance and cost control. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 4 years of warehouse experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume warehouse.
• Experience managing multi-shift/continuous operations and budgeting basics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office; able to train others on systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound/outbound shipping and receiving via Warehouse Supervisors.
• Monitor KPI trends and drive safety, quality, service, and efficiency.
• Develop and manage warehouse budgets and operating plans.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Lean practices.
• Train staff on SAP/WMS processes and standard work.
• Audit floor operations and ensure compliance with GMP and regulations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and other departments.
