Job summary

Clearwave Fiber LLC seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory, timely material receiving, and distribution to support field teams. You will drive ownership of performance, improve processes, and maintain safety and compliance across locations.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with coaching and performance management.
• Experience with ERP/inventory systems, ideally NetSuite.
• Strong communication and time-management skills in a multi-location setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, coordinating receipt, storage, transfer and distribution of materials.
• Monitor space utilization, turnaround time, and labor efficiency to improve operations.
• Ensure safety, internal controls, and policy compliance across the warehouse.
• Recruit, develop, and lead warehouse staff and supervisors; provide coaching and performance reviews.
