Job summary

Communication Data Link is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee and optimize inventory operations for a fiber construction company. You will manage day-to-day activities ensuring safe handling of goods and accurate documentation.

Candidates should have data analysis skills, experience with warehouse management systems, and a solid inventory control background. This full-time role offers a day shift and opportunities to coordinate multiple tasks across town.

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain order, and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and documentation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to ensure materials and tools are always in order.
• Accurately pull and distribute materials and various stock items to fulfill requests and work orders.
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to switch gears quickly as needs arise.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software.
• Experience in Excel.
• Forklift/telehandler experience and certification is a must.
• Willingness to jump into different assignments as needed like coordinating, operating the GPR, and door hanging notifications around town.

Responsibilities

• Working in all weather conditions from time to time; dress appropriately.
• The role will require lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods of time.
• Variety like filling in different roles as needed, like door hanging.
• Other duties as assigned.
