Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at our site in Atlanta, coordinating drivers, associates, and contractors. You will supervise inbound/outbound activities, ensure safety, and uphold the Fetch standard on a fast-paced floor.

You will manage labor, track performance with Fetch WMS, and partner with the Warehouse Manager to execute daily plans while delivering an outstanding resident experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, delivery, or operations environment; supervisory or team lead preferred.
• Comfortable using technology platforms and mobile apps to manage workflow and track performance; learn Fetch WMS quickly required.
• Strong verbal and written communication to direct a team clearly and professionally.
• Ability to make sound operational decisions independently during a shift without direct manager oversight.
• Reliable and flexible for a fixed schedule, including holidays as required.
• Must lift 50+ pounds and stay on feet for duration of shift.
• Valid driver's license and successful completion of Fetch's MVR and background checks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience considered in lieu of formal education.

Responsibilities

• Execute building open and close procedures; oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch.
• Lead pre‑shift and mid‑shift meetings; communicate daily goals and assign duties across drivers, associates, and contractors.
• Allocate labor across areas based on volume and priorities.
• Assess performance and provide direct feedback; support development through coaching and conversations.
• Train associates on SOPs and verify ongoing compliance across operation areas.
• Coordinate relationships with independent contractors; onboarding, dispatching, engagement tracking, block schedule management.
• Use WMS and reporting tools to monitor workflow, track inventory, and complete shift documentation accurately.
• Manage access control and report lost devices to Warehouse Manager.
• Monitor customer experience tickets daily; escalate as needed.
• Foster a culture of safety and wellbeing; address hazards and coach safe practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment including any storage areas.
• Serve as on‑site point of contact for residents, vendors, and third‑party agencies.
• Identify and escalate operational barriers; support continuous improvement and provide coverage for Warehouse Manager as needed.
