Job summary

DiaSorin is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the receipt, inspection, storage, and transfer of materials in a regulated environment. The role ensures compliance with FDA, ISO, and federal requirements and drives team performance and safety across the warehouse functions.

The position requires strong leadership, SAP proficiency, and experience overseeing inventory and inbound/outbound logistics. This role offers competitive compensation and benefits in the United States.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and two years of post-high school education at an accredited college, university or technical school.
• 7+ Years experience in warehouse with supervisory responsibility; including receiving, inventory, and shipping.
• 2+ years experience in a RF environment.
• Experience with departmental budget accountability.
• ACE training.
• Ability to supervise a team of warehouse personnel.
• IATA DGR certification.
• DOT HazMat certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to team members and ensure competency in essential functions.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to review metrics and progress on goals.
• Prepare performance assessments with candid, respectful feedback.
• Maintain certifications and training; oversee training program for the team.
• Train new employees on SAP reporting functions and warehouse transactions.
• Coordinate inventory levels and inbound/outbound logistics to meet demand.
• Identify root causes, develop corrective actions, and manage ECO/NC/Deviations.
