Job summary

Diasorin in Minnesota's Stillwater area is seeking a Diagnostics Warehouse Supervisor responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing materials, while ensuring compliance with FDA, ISO, and local regulations.

You will lead a team, manage performance, train staff, and coordinate with purchasing and planning to optimize inventory, space, and costs. The role demands strong leadership, ERP proficiency, and dedication to quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in warehouse with supervisory responsibility.
• 2+ years experience in a radio frequency (RF) environment.
• ACE training completed.
• Ability to supervise a team of warehouse personnel.
• Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
• Ability to lead warehouse activities to meet demand at cost and quality.
• Knowledge of SAP, MS Office (Excel with VLOOKUP & pivot tables).
• Knowledge of regulatory and ISO requirements (ISO 13485).
• IATA DGR certification.
• DOT HazMat certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to team members and ensure competency in essential functions.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to review metrics and progress.
• Prepare and conduct performance assessments with candid feedback.
• Manage budget processes and contribute to annual targets.
• Train new staff and ensure completion of onboarding.
• Ensure certifications and training are up to date.
• Coordinate inventory, inbound/outbound logistics, and space utilization.
• Collaborate with purchasing, manufacturing and planning to optimize materials availability.
