Qualifications

• 0 to 1 year in direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• 1 year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations; plan and review processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities of workers to ensure optimal shift performance.
• Monitor site KPI and collaborate with customers to meet service specifications; coach and develop team as needed.
• Conduct performance reviews and address issues; promote safety and adherence to policies.
