Under the direction of the Logistics Manager, the successful candidate will plan, coordinate, and optimize staffing, processes, and safety programs, and provide coaching to staff to meet performance standards.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• 1 year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• 0 to 1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities for optimal shift logistics.
• Accountable for site KPI performance.
• Collaborate with customers in all aspects of operations.
• Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress and coach staff.
• Promote diversity and inclusion and improve internal processes.
• Perform performance evaluations and recommend recognition.
