Job summary

Engineered-Products-Co is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Estherville, IA location. This hourly, non-exempt role oversees shipping, cycle counting, and inventory control, supervising multiple warehouse positions and coordinating with HR for staffing decisions.

The position requires forklift certification, strong leadership, and ERP proficiency to maintain accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment. Expect a day shift with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience supervising employees in a warehouse or similar setting.
• 2-5 years of experience performing cycle counts and inventory control.
• Forklift driving experience; must be certified to drive and to train others.

Responsibilities

• Direct shipping processes to ensure orders meet customer dates.
• Oversee daily cycle counting and adjust ERP records accordingly.
• Supervise Shipping Lead, Material Handlers, Receiving Clerks, Inventory Clerks, and Warehouse Clerks.
• Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and safety standards.
• Manage freight contracts and pricing; ensure delivery performance.
• Run ERP reports (Daily Cycle Count Report) and analyze variances.
• Collaborate with HR on hiring, training, and performance reviews.
