Job summary

Pregis is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage shipping of finished goods and receiving of raw materials. The role maintains inventory per 5S standards, and coordinates movements to meet outbound orders. The ideal candidate has SAP shipping experience and 2–5 years in a manufacturing setting, with forklift operation proficiency.

The supervisor will lead up to 20 employees across shifts, train handlers on forklift and clamp truck use, and ensure accurate paperwork and timely SAP updates.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a manufacturing environment leading or supervising shipping/receiving functions.
• Experience in SAP shipping requirements.
• Sit-down forklift experience is required.
• Train-The-Trainer certification a plus.
• Familiar with UPS and FedEx requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping of finished goods and receiving of raw materials and other deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse inventory according to 5S standards.
• Facilitate movement of product to fulfill inventories and outbound orders.
• Supervise up to 20 employees across shifts.
• Train material handlers on forklift and clamp truck operations.
• Ensure proper paperwork and inventory updates in SAP.
