Job summary

RING-O-MATIC LLC in Pella, IA seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead the Shipping/Warehouse department, oversee receiving, storage, kitting, and inventory control, and ensure accurate ERP transactions. The role supervises three Inventory Coordinators and coordinates with Operations, Scheduling, Purchasing, Accounting, Engineering, and Manufacturing to keep materials available for production.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of warehouse, inventory, or manufacturing operations experience with supervisory duties.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, receiving, and material handling.
• Proven ability to lead and develop employees and drive accountability.
• Experience with ERP systems; Epicor experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to investigate discrepancies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Inventory Coordinators with daily priorities and safety.
• Oversee receiving, inspection, put-away, storage, picking, kitting, and inventory transactions.
• Ensure timely and accurate kitting for Assembly and FAB/Weld operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through receiving, issuing, transfers, scrap, location control, cycle counting.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve shortages and discrepancies.
• Support safety, housekeeping, forklift practices, and continuous-improvement activities.
• Learn and support Epicor and ERP-related processes and reporting.
• Back up scheduling and material issuing when needed.
