Job summary

Ring-O-Matic is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Pella, IA to lead the warehouse, inventory, and ERP processes on-site. You will supervise three Inventory Coordinators and collaborate with Operations, Scheduling, Accounting, Purchasing, Engineering, and production to ensure materials are accurately located and issued to production.

You will serve as a key Epicor resource and back-up for scheduling/material issuing while driving continuous-improvement projects focused on inventory accuracy, space

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of warehouse, inventory, materials, or manufacturing operations experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, receiving, material handling, and warehouse best practices.
• Proven ability to lead and develop employees and drive accountability within a team.
• Experience with ERP systems; Epicor experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to investigate discrepancies and root causes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and cross-functional work across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Inventory Coordinators with daily priorities and safety in mind.
• Oversee receiving, inspection, put-away, storage, picking, kitting, and inventory transactions.
• Ensure timely and accurate kitting for Assembly and FAB/Weld operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through receiving, issuing, transfers, scrap, location control, and cycle counting.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve shortages and discrepancies.
• Support material flow and maintain organized inventory locations.
• Monitor performance and lead corrective actions for accuracy, availability, or process issues.
• Support safety, housekeeping, forklift practices, and continuous-improvement activities.
