Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams and leading supervisors.
• Proven leadership with organizational, communication, and cross-functional skills.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations in distribution/manufacturing environments.
• Strong safety commitment and knowledge of safety best practices.
• Excellent planning, interpersonal and verbal/written communication with high EQ.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to engage with frontline staff and leadership to drive results.
• Ecommerce experience required.
